our surf camp
The chic and stunning surf camp was designed as a traditional Moroccan riad, with a central courtyard, and has all the Moroccan design touches you want when you’re in Morocco, with a warm and friendly environment. Its location, in a typical Berber village, is just a 25-minute drive from the nightlife of Agadir, with Taghazout just a 3-minute drive down the road. The best surf spots are only a few steps away. You can easily walk to Crocodiles, Devil’s Rock and Banana Point.
This beautiful riad has all en-suite rooms, each with single or double beds (no bunk beds and no shared bathroom!). The rooms are all comfortable, welcoming and beautifully furnished and every room has its own room safe and full-length mirror.
The big Moroccan salon has a 40-inch television, satellite, DVD player, pool table and computers with Internet access. The many terraces are great for panoramic views, chilling out and sunbathing.
Beware of hidden costs at other surf camps! We don’t cram our guests in 8 to a room in bunk beds. And each room has its own bathroom with shower!
If your non-surfing siginificant other or friend is coming along, they can book B&B for £20/night, or £125/week.
Single rooms are available for solo travellers, and cost just an extra £4/night.
Airport transfers are included in the weekly packages for guiding, lessons, and independent surfer. Airport transfers can be booked for stays shorter than 7 nights or other packages for an additional cost of £25 each way .
Delicious 3-course dinners are available at the villa for just £5, and you can have beer or wine with your meal. 3 dinners are now inlcuded in our weekly guiding and lessons packages. And during the week, we'll offer a few dinners out to local cafes, to mix things up.
A Moroccan hammam experience is included in the guiding and lessons weekly packages. At the local bathhouse, you'll get a good scrubbing, followed by a short massage and stretch, and you'll come out feeling squeaky clean.
Depending on the swell and your stamina, we often take side trips to Paradise Valley and the souk (market) in Agadir, at no extra charge to you.
